Chelsea are ramping up transfer plans with French defender Benoit Badiachel as a replacement for Josko Guardiol. Big money transfer to Stamford Bridge Declan Rice is once again being touted, soon to be named David Datro Fofana, Andre Santos and Christopher Nkunku.

Arsenal are set to be a big hitter when the January transfer window opens in just over a week’s time. Long-running talks to sign Mykhaylo Mudryk continue with reports suggesting the Gunners have set an initial price of £50m. Joao Felix has also been offered on loan for just £8m.

Elsewhere, Enzo Fernandes is another player beloved by Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester United and all the big clubs in Europe. Tottenham are said to be keen on Pedro Boro and there is no official confirmation of Cristiano Ronaldo’s next destination ahead of a £175m-a-year move to Saudi club Al-Nassr. Chelsea’s goal reveals January’s decision

Rafael Leao has committed his future to Milan – but left the door open to a future move to the Premier League amid interest from Chelsea.

Under contract until the end of next season, the Portuguese is in talks with Milan over an extension after helping the Rossoneri win the Scudetto.

But Liao, 23, has admitted a move to English football is on his long-term agenda.

Ounahi is close to a January deal

West Ham is among several clubs following Morocco’s World Cup star Azzedine Onahi.

And according to Mundo Deportivo, Sevilla, Leicester Wolves, Napoli, Barcelona and Newcastle are all keen on the midfielder.

Napoli are said to be the best fit for the £17m deal with French club Angers.

Blues near double deal

Chelsea are close to signing Brazilian star Andre Santos from Vasco da Gama.

The teenage midfielder must still complete a medical or sign a contract but there are extensive transfer fee agreements – an initial £13m plus a further £7m in add-ons – and there is now a five-year deal.

Chelsea are poised to beat Premier League rivals Newcastle in the race to sign Santos, one of Brazil’s most highly-rated young players.

It comes on the heels of the Blues already agreeing a deal in January for Ivorian striker David Datro Fofana, who completed a medical in the week after agreeing an £8.6m fee with Norwegian club Molde.

Conte confirms Tottenham’s plan

Tottenham will make January transfer moves if it suits his club’s “policy”, according to Antonio Conte.

“If there is an opportunity to strengthen the team, we will do something,” Conte told reporters.

“You know what our policy is and we try to follow those policies and improve the team.”

Kolo Muani is close to making the switch in January

A number of clubs had to sign Randall Kolo Mwani after his surprise performances at the World Cup.

“Randall Kolo Mwani and Marcus Thuram are both very talented players who play in good teams, but not top teams, and if Chelsea can target these players, that would be great,” former Chelsea star Frank Lebov said recently.

However, reports in Germany indicate that Bayern Munich are close to launching a bid for the Eintracht Frankfurt star.

The huge transfer fee demanded by the RB Leipzig defender forced them to look elsewhere in their search for a left centre-back.

The athlete says an offer of around £30m would seal his services.

Among the targets are Ivan Ndica and Piero Hincapie, as the first contract at Eintracht Frankfurt expired in June.

Manchester United is ready to sign Arsenal and Chelsea to sign Enzo Fernandez.

The Argentine World Cup winner is preparing a big money exit from Benfica, who want £105m and are said to have rejected an £86m bid from an unnamed club.

UOL Esporte says United want to match Fernandes’ price and possibly pay more to secure his signature.

Modric arsenal price

Arsenal are ready to start talks for Mykhaylo Mudryk in the amount of £50m.

This is according to quoted journalist Dean Jones, who claims the Gunners are ready to start off Modric’s assessment in negotiations with Shakhtar Donetsk.

The Ukrainian club want £86m for the 21-year-old winger, and the decision is expected to be somewhere in the middle, depending on who comes out on top in the talks.
